Jesus and you

“Is that your own idea,” Jesus asked, “or did others talk to you about Me?” John 18:34

How many of our thoughts and ideas are original? Probably not too many in the age of social media influencers. But even otherwise I don't think I had too many original thoughts unless I lived on my own and did my own thing.

But I didn't realize how valuable my ability to choose is to my Heavenly Father.

May we take time to decide for ourselves and not only to depend on wise teaching (as important as it is..) because at the end of the day we all need to choose for ourselves.
